Salary: £13.80 – £14.82 per hour + Overtime up to £19.19 per hour!
Shifts: Rotating weekly shift pattern (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm). Flexibility is required.
Please note: Initial training is completed on a day shift (7am–3:30pm) before moving onto the rotation.

As an Assembly Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting technical drawings, with a strong emphasis on sheet metal fabrication diagrams.

Fabricating and assembling sheet metal components using a variety of hand and power tools.

Collaborating effectively with team members to optimise production processes.

Manual handling, which may involve some heavy lifting.

Adhering strictly to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

Participating in full training and induction programs.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates will have:

Proven experience in an assembly/production role.
