How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Abouts us:

    Simply Education is looking for aspiring educators in Nantwich who are keen to step into the world of tuition and make a meaningful difference.

    Whether you're already working in education or looking to take your first step into tutoring, we'll support and train you to deliver high-quality 1:1 sessions to children and young people who need additional help with their learning.

    From supporting a primary pupil with core literacy skills to helping a secondary student prepare for exams, you'll play a key role in shaping their future. With our guidance and training, you'll gain the skills and confidence to inspire, motivate, and support every learner you work with.

    How you'll become a tutor:

    Once successfully registered with your consultant - you will be enrolled in our fully-funded training course with our dedicated and experienced training coach - in which will cover all aspects of teaching and learning. You will gain valuable and life long experience,

    The role:

    As a tutor with Simply Education, you'll deliver personalised, 1:1 learning sessions tailored to each individual student. You'll work with a diverse range of learners across Primary and Secondary phases, including Looked After Children (LAC) and pupils who need additional emotional or academic support.

    Make Learning Personal: Deliver engaging English, Maths, or Science sessions (KS1-KS4) in a way that truly connects with each student.
    Reignite Engagement: Support learners-including those with SEND, SEMH, or other barriers-to rebuild confidence and reconnect with education.
    Build Meaningful Relationships: Create strong, trusting connections with pupils and their families, becoming a consistent and positive influence.

    Graduate-Level Knowledge: A degree in any subject (education or core subjects preferred, but not essential).
    Strong Subject Foundation: Confidence in Maths, English, or Science is ideal, though we welcome other subject specialisms.
    People-Focused Mindset: Patient, adaptable, and approachable, with a genuine desire to support and inspire young learners.
    Safeguarding Commitment: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).If you're passionate about helping children reach their full potential, we can't wait to hear from you
