How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This role would suit a motivated Project Architect who is looking to play a key role in the delivery of significant residential and mixed-use developments, while working towards future Senior and Associate-level responsibilities.

    The Opportunity

You will be involved in the delivery of high-value, multi-storey residential and mixed-use projects from planning through to construction. Working closely with colleagues, clients, consultants and contractors, you will help coordinate project teams, manage technical delivery, and ensure the successful progression of schemes through all project stages.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for project leadership, client management and team mentoring as they progress within the business.

    Key Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate planning, technical design and construction information packages.

Lead and coordinate project delivery alongside consultants, contractors and wider design teams.

Monitor project quality, programme and drawing coordination throughout all stages.

Manage project administration and ensure compliance with current building regulations, health and safety requirements and relevant legislation.

Attend and contribute to client, design team and site meetings.

Liaise with planning authorities, building control bodies and external stakeholders.

Support the design development process and contribute to innovative project solutions.

Assist in mentoring junior team members as your responsibilities develop.

Approximately 3–5+ years' experience within a UK architectural practice.

    Strong Revit proficiency is essential.

    AutoCAD experience would be advantageous.

Proven experience producing planning applications, technical packages and construction information.

Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.

Experience working on residential, mixed-use or large-scale developments would be highly beneficial.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress into a Senior or Associate-level position in the future.

    Full UK driving licence preferred.

Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

    What's on Offer

Opportunity to work on high-profile residential and mixed-use developments.

Clear pathway for career progression towards Senior and Associate level.

    Supportive and collaborative team environment.

Modern city-centre office location with excellent transport links.

Exposure to all stages of project delivery and client interaction.

Competitive salary between £40,000 - £55,000 and benefits package commensurate with experience
