Warehouse Operative with Driving

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Driver to join a busy and friendly team in Bletchley. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with local driving responsibilities, offering stable hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful 12-week temporary period.

Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative / Driver

* Collecting deliveries from a local store by driving the company's van

* Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently

* Stock handling and general warehouse support such as picking and packing

* Driving a company vehicle for local collections and deliveries

* Maintaining high standards of health and safety

This role involves approximately 50% warehouse duties and 50% driving.

Working Hours as a Warehouse Operative / Driver

Rotating shifts:

* Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

* Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

* Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (1–2 Saturdays per month)

Requirements as a warehouse operative/driver

* Full UK Driving Licence-Cat B

* Must be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes

* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team

* Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
