Glasshouse Counterbalance FLT Operator

Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Operator looking for a reliable, long-term role? We have a fantastic opportunity available for a motivated individual to join a busy and growing team in the HU12 area.

🔹 Location: HU12
🔹 Hours: Monday - Friday, 40-44 hours per week
🔹 Hourly Rate:
* £13.84 per hour (Mon-Fri days)
* £20 per hour on weekends
🔹 Must have a valid driving licence - this role involves travel to different destinations.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Counterbalance FLT Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

Safely operating a counterbalance forklift truck within glasshouse/warehouse environments
Loading and unloading materials
Moving stock around site efficiently and correctly
Supporting production and logistics teams with timely material handling
Maintaining a tidy and safe working area

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you:

✔ Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT qualification
✔ Have recent FLT experience (preferably in a high-output environment)
✔ Hold a clean driving licence
✔ Are reliable, hardworking, and flexible
✔ Can work well as part of a team
