As a Customer Service Agent, you will act as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries regarding loan accounts, striving for first-time resolutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
Data Compliance: Manage sensitive customer information in strict compliance with GDPR.
Performance: Meet contractual Service Levels and KPIs while collaborating with your team and supervisor.
What We Are Looking For:
Required: Proven experience in a Call Centre/Contact Centre and Customer Service.
Desirable: Background in Financial Services, Personal Loans, or Customer Records Management.
