How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title: Production Technician

    Location: Worthing, West Sussex
    Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

    About the Role

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Worthing, West Sussex, on a permanent basis. This role is central to the successful production of high-quality products within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Working within controlled cleanroom areas (Grade A, B, and C), you will play a key part in ensuring products are manufactured safely, accurately, and in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

    Key Responsibilities & Measurable Goals

    Production Operations (Target: Zero deviations per batch)

    * Conduct end-to-end production activities, including dispensary tasks and preparation of stock solutions.

    * Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing processes across Grade A, B, and C cleanroom environments.

    * Execute production according to approved batch records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and controlled documents.

    Documentation & Compliance (Target: 100% audit-ready documentation)

    * Accurately complete all GMP documentation, including batch records, equipment entries, and logbooks.

    * Maintain an organized, clean, and audit-ready work environment in line with regulatory expectations.

    Workflow Support & Training (Target: Meet daily/weekly production schedules)

    * Manage workloads effectively to achieve operational schedules and assist colleagues with batch transfers and routine stock checks.

    * Maintain up-to-date training records and assist in onboarding and training new team members.

    Health, Safety & Cleanroom Standards (Target: Zero safety incidents)

    * Comply strictly with all Health & Safety policies and required cleanroom gowning protocols specific to production zones.

    Key Requirements & Qualifications

    * Experience: Prior experience in a production, cleanroom, or GMP-regulated environment is highly desirable, though full training will be provided.

    * Skills: High-level attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a focus on documentation accuracy.
