How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Resourcer – Healthcare Recruitment

    Location: Bootle, Merseyside – Office-based

    Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission 

    Type: Full-Time, Permanent

    Everpool Recruitment are a growing healthcare recruitment agency specialising in providing exceptional staffing solutions to the healthcare sector. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Resourcer to join our high-performing team.

    What you’ll be doing:
    Sourcing high-quality healthcare professionals (Nurses, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Occupational Therapists etc.) using job boards, social media, and internal databases
    Conducting outbound calls and telephone interviews with candidates, screening CVs, posting job adverts and assessing suitability for live vacancies
    Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline
    Supporting Recruitment Consultants with interview scheduling, compliance, and general administration
    Meeting daily and weekly activity targets (calls, CVs sent, interviews arranged) What we’re looking for:
    Experience in sales, telesales, or a phone-based customer service role is essential
    Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
    A self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to progress
    Ability to work at pace and stay organised under pressure
    Previous recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential – full training provided What’s in it for you:
