The Role
We're recruiting a forklift driver to join a busy and supportive operation in Andover. This is a hands-on, physically active role where you'll play a key part in ensuring orders are picked, checked and loaded accurately for next-day deliveries. You must have either a counterbalance forklift licence or aisle master forklift certificate.

Completing stock counts and supporting general stock control
Picking and preparing orders for next-day delivery
Loading vans/lorries safely and efficiently, following weight distribution guidelines
Operating an FLT (Counterbalance and/or Aisle Master) in line with site safety procedures
Using an electronic ERP system to process stock and orders
Supporting the Warehouse Team Leader and working closely within a small teamRequirements
Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Aisle Master)
Proven experience with van/lorry loading and understanding weight distribution
Strong awareness of safe handling and warehouse health & safety
Comfortable using ERP / warehouse systems
Able to work well as part of a small team
