Painter / Handyperson Required
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter / Handyperson to join our facilities maintenance team based at Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH), Orpington. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract with consistent hours and the potential for up to a year's work.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out painting and decorating works across the site.
* Completing general maintenance and handyman tasks as required.
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety procedures.
* Supporting the wider facilities maintenance team with planned and reactive maintenance activities.
* Maintaining clean and safe working areas at all times.
Requirements
* Previous experience in painting and decorating.
* Good all-round handyman / maintenance skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* DBS clearance required (or willingness to obtain).
* CSCS card not required.
