🔧 Key Accountabilities
Lead the development and implementation of our portfolio governance and delivery frameworks
Coordinate multiple project streams, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives
Identify and mitigate risks, managing cross-project impacts and dependencies
Monitor performance against key milestones and drive corrective actions where required
Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and operational best practice
Support clear definition of project objectives, scope, and success measures
Engage stakeholders across the organisation, providing clear and structured updates
Facilitate the transition of completed initiatives into operational teams
Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience delivering complex programmes in a structured environment
Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence across multiple functions
Experience managing high-value or technically complex initiatives
Familiarity with recognised project or programme management approaches
Understanding of regulated or safety-critical environments
Working on high value projects within the company
Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
Formation experience within a manufacturing/heavy engineering would be advantageous
Experience with project planning tools and structured reporting
