Key Responsibilities:
Operating a telescopic handler safely across a busy residential development.
Unloading incoming material deliveries and organizing storage areas efficiently.
Supplying bricklayers, joiners, and roofers by loading materials onto loading bays and scaffolding.
Conducting daily vehicle safety inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
Working closely with the Site Manager to ensure all lifting operations comply with site safety standards.
Role Requirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS card (with the Telehandler category).
Proven experience operating plant on new build housing sites.
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).
A safety-first attitude and the ability to hit the ground running without supervision.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent reliability and punctuality.
