About the Trust
The Endeavour Multi Academy Trust is committed to encouraging every member of its community to be the very best they can be. This commitment is underpinned by strong values of equity, respect, and opportunity, ensuring that all pupils and staff are supported to thrive.
About the SchoolThe school is a vibrant and inclusive community where every student is valued and supported to achieve their full potential. It is a generic special school for pupils aged 11–19 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
The school provides a nurturing environment that promotes independence, confidence, and lifelong learning, celebrating the individuality of every learner and supporting a wide range of additional needs.
Its ethos is built around four key values:
Build Relationships
Nurture and Care
Grow Together
Enjoy and AchieveThe OpportunityDue to ongoing demand, the trust is seeking multiple Teaching Assistants to provide daily cover for staff absence, training courses, and additional support requirements.
