The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with KS2 pupils on a 1:1 basis, helping them manage behaviour, develop self-regulation skills, and engage positively with learning. You will work closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and senior leaders to implement behaviour support plans and maintain a consistent approach throughout the school day. The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable, and committed to making a positive difference in pupils' educational journeys. Experience supporting children with SEMH, ADHD, or behavioural difficulties would be highly beneficial.
