How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We're looking for a talented Junior Creative Designer to join a growing, family-owned leisure and holiday business with a rich heritage, beautiful destinations across the UK, and ambitious plans for the future. The company operates multiple holiday and residential parks and has been creating memorable experiences for generations.

    This is an opportunity for a creative thinker who can turn ideas into engaging visual content across digital, print, social media, advertising, and brand campaigns.


    What You'll Be Doing

    • Designing eye-catching marketing materials across online and offline channels
    • Creating content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid advertising
    • Assisting with photography, video editing, and creative campaign development
    • Maintaining brand consistency while bringing fresh ideas to the table
    • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and operational teams on exciting projects
    • Supporting the development of new brands, products, and customer experiences


    What We're Looking For

    • 1–3 years' experience in a design or creative role (or a standout portfolio that proves your talent)
    • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Basic video editing and motion graphics experience is a bonus
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • A passion for branding, storytelling, and visual communication
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
