How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Regional Sales Advisor

    Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

    Salary: Circa £30,000 DOE

    OTE: £50,000+

    Working Pattern: Full Time (5 days per week including weekends), Thursday - Monday


    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a growing housebuilder with developments across Lincolnshire.

    This role would suit an ambitious sales professional who enjoys delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion. The successful candidate will work across two attractive developments in the region, providing support where required and helping drive sales performance.


    The Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion

    • Conducting development and show home tours

    • Generating and following up sales leads

    • Securing reservations and progressing sales through to legal completion

    • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and estate agents

    • Maintaining accurate customer records and sales reports

    • Monitoring local market activity and competitor developments

    • Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to a high standard

    • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying process

    • Achieving sales targets and KPIs


    The Person

    To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

    • Previous New Homes Sales experience, or

    • A strong background within Estate Agency, Property Sales or Residential Property

    • A proven track record of delivering sales results

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    • Strong organisational and administration abilities

    • The ability to manage the full sales process independently

    • A professional and customer-focused approach

    • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
