Residential Conveyancer – Cardiff (Hybrid Working Available)
TSR Legal are partnering with a highly regarded, long-established law firm in Cardiff that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and well-supported property team. The Role
You will take responsibility for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfer of equity transactions
- New build and help-to-buy/shared ownership matters (desirable but not essential)
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Ensuring smooth progression of transactions with a strong focus on service and communication
- Working closely with support staff to maintain efficiency and high standards across your caseload

About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Have proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Be confident handling transactions from instruction through to completion
- Have excellent client care and communication skills
- Be organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a busy environment
