Electronic Assembler Overview
My client is seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler to join their skilled manufacturing team in Macclesfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a quality-focused electronics and electromechanical assembly environment, supporting the build and assembly of bespoke products for a range of industry sectors.
The Electronic Assembler role will involve:
- Assembling electronic and electromechanical products to specification
- Working from schematic drawings, wiring schedules, and assembly instructions
- Carrying out miniature wiring, soldering, and crimping to a high standard
- Building and terminating cable assemblies and wiring looms
- Conducting visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet production schedules and quality standards
The Electronic Assembler will need to have the following attributes:
- Previous experience in an Electronic Assembler, Electronics Technician, or similar manufacturing role
- Ability to read and interpret schematic electrical drawings and wiring schedules
- Proven experience with miniature wiring, soldering, and crimping
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
