About You
We’re looking for teachers who:
* Hold QTS (or equivalent)
* Are patient, adaptable and committed to inclusive practice
* Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
* Bring creativity, resilience and a nurturing approach
SEN experience is welcomed but not essential- many of our best SEN teachers come from mainstream backgrounds.
