We are seeking a confident and client-focused Sales Associate to join a luxury fashion concession within one of London’s leading department stores. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about premium retail, exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
You will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service, supporting clients throughout the full shopping journey and contributing to strong commercial performance. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator with a genuine interest in fashion, styling and luxury retail, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with luxury brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Support clienteling activity, appointments and follow-up to encourage repeat business.
- Drive personal sales and contribute to team targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently communicate brand values.
- Support visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
