About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Public Area Attendant to join us Jumeirah Carlton Tower.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are -
- Collect the section key against signature and room report from the housekeeping office and return them at the end of the shift.
- Clean exit staircases and pantries on the floor level assigned to.
- Clean and store all the equipment in its proper place.
- Clean assigned area or outlets thoroughly.
- Pay particular attention to busy areas such as guest lifts inside and outside, toilets, entrance doors, lobby carpets, ashtrays, restaurants, function rooms.
- Inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures and report any damage to the Team Leader for action and follow-up.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams (Housekeeping, Front Office) and interact confidently with guests and visitors
- Entry-level experience (0–1 year) within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills suitable for a guest-facing environment
