How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Marketing Graphic Designer

Ifor Williams Trailers is Britain’s leading trailer manufacturer, operating across five advanced manufacturing sites in North Wales. Since 1958, we have been producing quality trailers, ranging from horseboxes to plant trailers, livestock to small domestic. Our reputation is built on quality, innovation and reliability - and we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across a wide range of marketing channels.

    About the Role

This is a varied and creative role within our in-house Marketing Team, supporting the promotion of our diverse product range across both digital and print media. From brochures and advertisements to website graphics, event materials and trailer livery, you will play a key role in ensuring our brand is presented consistently and professionally across a variety of different platforms and media.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will help develop engaging visual content that showcases our products, supports our distributor network and strengthens the Ifor Williams Trailers brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, exhibition graphics, banners, vehicle livery and digital assets.
    • Take creative briefs and develop them into high-quality, effective designs that meet marketing objectives and reflect the Ifor Williams Trailers brand.
    • Create engaging visual concepts for shows, events, product launches and marketing campaigns.
    • Produce website graphics, social media assets and other digital content to support marketing activity.
    • Edit and retouch product photography for use across print and digital channels.
    • Ensure all creative work maintains brand consistency and high design standards.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering work accurately and on schedule.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business while confidently managing projects independently.

    About You

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • A creative thinker with a strong eye for layout, typography, branding and visual communication.
    • Able to take a design brief and develop creative, effective solutions that meet marketing objectives and brand standards.
    • Confident managing own projects independently, from initial brief through to final artwork, while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Strong creative judgement, with the ability to receive a design brief and produce high-quality designs across a variety of formats.
    • Able to balance creativity with attention to detail, ensuring all work is delivered accurately and to a consistently high standard.
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise projects effectively.
