This busy and growing retailer is looking for an experienced quantity surveyor to join their cost team in-house. Joining the existing quantity surveying team, you'll be covering the UK (and sometimes even further afield!) assisting with the development appraisals and budgetary elements at pre-acquisition stage, through the due diligence stages and then all the way through the construction and delivery stages too.
You can be from either a consultancy, or a main or sub-contractor background. You don’t necessarily need to have fit-out or retail experience, but that would be preferable. You do need to have at least 5 years of experience though, as you’ll need to hit the ground running to a certain extent.
