Job Title: HGV Tyre Fitter

Salary: £18 - £20 per hour  
Role: Permanent – Full time

We are recruiting for an experienced and reliable HGV Tyre Fitter to join a growing and well-established operation based in Leyland.

The Role

Fitting, repairing and replacing tyres on HGVs, plant and commercial vehicles
Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying tyre wear or damage
Working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
Supporting general workshop duties as required
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety standards
Maintaining tools, equipment and a clean working environment

Who They’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter, within HGV or commercial vehicles
A reliable and hardworking approach
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience within construction, transport, plant or similar sectors would be advantageous
