🚀 Sales Development Representative (SDR) – At a specialist Amazon agency
📍 Remote (One day or so a month in Yorkshire office) | 💼 Full-time | 💰 £30k to £35k basic + Uncapped Bonus
Please note: Although the role is fully remote, the HQ is in Yorkshire and there are occasional ad-hoc office meetings, so preferably you will be based within an hour or two of Yorkshire.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing Amazon agencies and play a key role in driving the next stage of growth.
This isn’t a “dial through a list” type of sales role. It’s about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and connecting ambitious brands with a team that genuinely delivers results.

The really important stuff that you'll bring:
Amazon or ecommerce marketplace experience preferred. You’ve worked with Amazon as a platform, or have sold or managed products on marketplace
If you don’t have Amazon experience, you must have digital marketing or ecommerce agency experience in a sales role.
You will have demonstrable B2B outbound sales experience. You will be cold prospecting commercial directors and national account managers at enterprise brands.

🚀 The Opportunity
As SDR, you’ll work directly with the Growth Director and wider Sales & Marketing teams to generate high-quality opportunities and nurture relationships with enterprise brands looking to grow their Amazon sales.
You’ll be the first touchpoint for senior figures at many future clients—helping shape conversations, qualify opportunities, and drive growth for the agency.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and source target brands and prospects using phone, email, LinkedIn, and sales tools 📞
- Qualify leads against internal criteria to ensure strong alignment
- Build and run consistent outreach campaigns with support from automation tools
- Attend trade fairs, webinars, roundtables, and industry events to build relationships 🤝
- Nurture relationships with key decision-makers until opportunities become active
- Support the selling and upselling of entry-level services
- Work closely with senior teams during proposal and tender stages
- Help drive the overall growth of the agency and sales pipeline 📈
- Collaborate with Advertising, Seller & Vendor teams across the business

- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Fast learner who spots opportunities and acts on them
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is ideal
- Agency, ecommerce, or digital marketing exposure is a bonus
