How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Opportunity

    We are not looking for an employee; we are looking for a commercial partner.

    We have built a category-defining collaborative interface that fundamentally changes how people interact with the cloud and AI. The product is ready, the market is massive, and the timing is perfect. Now, we need a relentless, pure-blood Sales Hunter to spearhead our go-to-market strategy, unlock enterprise doors, and drive revenue.

    This is a unique "skin-in-the-game" opportunity. You will invest circa £50,000 into the business, aligning your long-term wealth with the company's success. In return, you get a £50k base salary, an aggressive commission structure, a significant equity stake, and a direct path to a C-suite (CCO/VP of Sales) role as we scale and secure further venture backing.


    The Role: What You Will Do

    Your sole focus is growth. You will your entire sales pipeline from cold outreach to close.

    • Hunt & Close: Identify, target, and close early-adopter commercial accounts, enterprise clients, and strategic partners.
    • Build the Playbook: Define our outbound sales methodology, messaging, and pipeline mechanics from scratch.
    • Own the Network: Leverage your existing network and deploy creative outbound strategies (cold calls, social selling, events) to get in front of decision-makers.
    • Scale the Function: As revenue grows and we raise our next venture round, you will build, recruit, and lead the commercial and account management teams.

    Who You Are

    You are an ambitious sales professional who is frustrated by the caps and bureaucracy of traditional corporate roles. You want the upside of an entrepreneur but have the tactical discipline of a top-tier closer.

    • The Hunter Mentality: You run toward rejection. You are energized by the chase, highly resilient, and possess a proven track record of generating your own pipeline.
    • B2B/Tech Sales DNA: You have 3–5+ years of experience in high-growth tech sales, SaaS, or digital infrastructure. You know how to sell complex, high-value value propositions. Experience is fine.
    • Commercial Acumen: Because you are an investor, you don't just look at deal size—you understand gross margins, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
    • The £50k Commitment: You have the financial liquidity and the entrepreneurial conviction to invest £50,000 cash into the business upon signing details to be discussed.
