Key Responsibilities
Assist in collecting outstanding payments in line with agreed terms
Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve account queries
Support management of the accounts inbox
Process refunds, off-hire requests, and customer documentation
Send invoice copies and customer correspondence
Assist with new customer and supplier forms
Carry out general finance administration duties
Use systems including Sage 200, Excel, Outlook, and WordRequirements
Previous customer service experience (highly desirable)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Confident telephone manner and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Benefits
