The Role
You will join a high-performing Incentives team working on the full spectrum of employee share schemes, executive remuneration, and incentives arrangements, often linked to complex M&A, private equity transactions, and IPOs. The role involves advising on UK and international elements, including regulatory and tax considerations, in collaboration with colleagues globally.
What They’re Looking For
- 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience within a leading incentives, employment, or tax practice.
- Strong technical understanding of share schemes, executive compensation, and governance requirements.
- Experience handling cross-border mandates and working closely with corporate teams.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills with an ability to manage demanding clients and transactions.
- A strong academic record and commitment to high-quality, commercial advice.
