How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We partner closely with clients, from SMEs to internationally recognised brands, acting as an extension of their marketing teams to drive measurable organic growth and business results.

    Responsibilities

    You’ll be responsible for:

    • Designing digital assets for social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, websites, presentations and wider marketing activity
    • Creating static and animated content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads
    • Developing design concepts from brief through to final artwork
    • Working with existing brand guidelines and helping to develop visual identities where required
    • Producing motion graphics, animated posts and short-form video assets where needed
    • Supporting 3D design, visualisation or mock-up work where required
    • Preparing artwork for digital channels and print use
    • Managing your own workload across multiple clients, projects and deadlines
    • Working independently when required, while contributing effectively as part of the wider team
    • Responding to feedback and applying amends accurately
    • Keeping work organised, consistent and production-ready
    • Maintaining a high standard of work, including when deadlines are tight or priorities change

    Essential Skills & Experience

    You’ll need:

    • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
    • Confidence using After Effects and Premiere Pro, or a clear interest in developing these skills
    • A strong understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition
    • Experience designing for digital channels, especially social media and paid advertising
    • Good attention to detail and the ability to work to brand guidelines
    • The ability to interpret briefs and develop appropriate creative responses
    • Confidence working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
    • A portfolio showing strong design execution across relevant projects

    • Basic UX/UI principles
    • Retouching, photography or content creation
    • Previous experience in an agency, studio or in-house marketing team

    Junior Designer Level

At Junior Designer level, we’d expect a strong foundation in design, good Adobe skills and a willingness to learn. You’ll support the wider creative team while building confidence across digital, campaign and brand work.

Agency experience would be useful but is not essential for Junior applicants.

    Middleweight Designer Level

At Middleweight Designer level, we’d expect you to have previous experience working in a creative, digital or marketing agency environment.
