Rate: £700-£930 per day equivalent (Inside IR35)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Global Reward & Benefits Specialist to join a leading international organisation on a 2-3 month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior reward professional to support the delivery of key global reward initiatives across multiple regions during a busy period of activity.
Working within a complex, global environment, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing reward frameworks, policies, and programmes that support business objectives, ensure market competitiveness, and maintain compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain global reward frameworks, including salary structures, job architecture, and incentive programmes.
- Lead annual compensation review activities, including salary reviews, promotions, governance, calibration, and budgeting processes.
- Manage and enhance short-term incentive (STI) and variable pay programmes.
- Oversee salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Support pay transparency initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Provide reward analytics, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop reward guidance, training, and capability-building initiatives for HR and business stakeholders.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership teams to align reward programmes with organisational objectives.
- Ensure reward governance, policies, and controls are applied consistently across global regions.
- Extensive experience in global reward and benefits within a large, international organisation.
- Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, job architecture, and incentive design.
- Proven experience leading annual compensation review cycles across multiple geographies.
- Deep understanding of reward governance, market benchmarking, and pay equity principles.
- Knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and broader reward-related regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to reward decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels.
- Experience operating across international markets, including Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.
