Macmillan Davies is partnering with a leading firm to appoint an Early Careers Advisor in London. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with graduate or early-career recruitment experience who enjoys combining delivery, stakeholder management, and candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
This role will support the delivery of the early careers recruitment and marketing strategy across London, with responsibility for managing key elements of the graduate, placement, and training contract recruitment process. It offers strong visibility across the business and the chance to play a meaningful role in shaping attraction, assessment, and DE&I activity.
The role
- Run the end-to-end early careers recruitment process for London, supporting applications, interviews, and candidate management.
- Coordinate and help deliver assessment centres, including planning dates, booking candidates, sourcing assessors, and running assessment days.
- Take ownership of placement scheme planning and delivery for the London office.
- Support internal training contract recruitment, including application screening, feedback calls, and assessment centre delivery.
- Work closely with the Early Careers Manager to support recruitment marketing activity across key universities and media channels.
- Contribute to the firm’s early careers DE&I agenda through partnerships with universities, external organisations, and internal networks.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and help ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
About you
- Previous experience in graduate or early-career recruitment, ideally within professional services or a similarly structured environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and timelines at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- A proactive, resilient approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A genuine interest in candidate experience, employer brand, and DE&I within early careers hiring.
- Ideally available on shorter notice
