How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About Release My Capital

    Release My Capital (releasemycapital.co.uk) is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Graduate to help build our brand awareness and generate new leads through regular, engaging social media content.


    This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and lead generation at a growing business.



    The Role

    • We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Graduate to join us on an initial 6-month contract. The role will be based in Colindale, North West London
    • The main focus of the role will be to grow awareness of the Release My Capital brand through social media and digital content. You will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and posting content daily or near-daily across relevant social media platforms to increase engagement, raise awareness, and generate leads.
    • There is potential for this role to become permanent for the right candidate.



    Key Responsibilities

    • Create, schedule and post social media content on a daily or near-daily basis.
    • Build brand awareness for Release My Capital across relevant social media channels.
    • Help generate enquiries and leads through engaging digital campaigns and calls to action.
    • Plan content themes, campaigns, and messaging.
    • Produce written, visual, and short-form content suitable for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
    • Monitor social media activity and performance, using insights to improve future content.
    • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience interests.
    • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand presence online.
    • Work closely with the business to turn updates, insights, and ideas into engaging content.



    Essential Requirements

    • A degree in Digital Marketing; or
    • A degree in Marketing with significant digital marketing experience.
    • Strong interest in social media, content creation, brand building, and lead generation.
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Creative, organised, and confident working to a regular posting schedule.
    • Comfortable creating content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or similar.
    • Able to work primarily on-site in North West London.



    Desirable Skills

    • Experience using tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
    • Basic understanding of SEO, paid social, email marketing, or website content.
    • Experience creating short-form video or visual content.
