The Role
This opportunity sits within the firm’s growing non-contentious construction advisory team. You will advise on a wide range of major construction and engineering projects, both domestic and international, involving high-value commercial developments, regeneration schemes, and infrastructure projects.
Your work will include:
• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT and NEC suites, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and security documentation
• Advising on procurement strategies, risk allocation, and project structuring
• Acting for developers, contractors, consultants, funders, and public sector bodies on complex and high-profile projects
• Providing strategic support throughout the lifecycle of a project, from inception to completion
• Collaborating with planning, real estate, and finance teams to deliver integrated advice to clients

What They’re Looking For
• 1-4 years’ PQE with extensive experience in non-contentious construction law
