What you’ll do
• Work closely with Sales to spot market trends, growth opportunities, and promotion ideas.
• Analyze market research to understand consumer behavior and track competitor activity.
• Plan, launch, and manage trade marketing campaigns and promotions to support product launches and deliver sales targets.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient, cost-effective use of resources.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance to measure the impact of trade initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors.
• Support Sales teams with training and guidance on trade marketing strategy and execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners ( Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain ) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.
What we’re looking for
• 3+ years of proven Trade Marketing experience in FMCG
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with strong independence and ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent English (speaking and writing)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious to succeed
• Ability to travel when needed
