Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support our growing Real Estate business. This role will provide strategic financial insight, robust analysis, and decision support to senior stakeholders across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business performance, supporting investment decisions, and establishing scalable financial processes within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Job Description:
- Responsible for annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning processes for the real estate portfolio.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial models for property acquisitions, disposals, developments, and capital investment projects.
- Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Development, Asset Management, Property Management, and Commercial teams to provide financial guidance and challenge.
- Support business leaders in evaluating investment opportunities and business cases.
- Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Drive accountability for financial performance across business units.
Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A role.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Experience establishing or improving financial processes within fast-growing, evolving, or ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within the Real Estate, Property Development, Property Investment, or Asset Management sectors.
