- s.Drive audience insight, segmentation, persona development, and data-informed decision makin
- g.Lead communications monitoring, evaluation, performance measurement, and reporting framework
- s.Support the development and implementation of strategic communications best practice across the wider communications communit
- y.Work closely with senior communications leaders across public affairs, brand, marketing, internal communications, events, and publication
- s.Manage stakeholder relationships across a complex organisation and influence at senior level
- s.Lead horizon scanning and strategic insight activities to identify emerging opportunities and risk
- s.Contribute to communications innovation, including AI strategy development and culture change initiative
- s.Provide leadership, coaching, and line management to direct report

Requireme
- ntsSignificant experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, public affairs, marketing communications, or a related fie
