How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Head of Marketing

    £80,000–£85,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a highly ambitious, international consumer business that is entering an exciting new phase of growth.

Operating across multiple markets with significant expansion plans ahead, the business has built a unique customer proposition, a passionate community, and a strong foundation for future scale. Following recent investment in both people and infrastructure, they are now looking to appoint their first dedicated Head of Marketing.

This is a rare opportunity to join a founder-led organisation with global ambitions and play a pivotal role in building the commercial growth engine for the next stage of the journey.

    The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end marketing function, driving both immediate commercial performance and long-term brand growth.

You'll be responsible for increasing customer acquisition, improving conversion, growing retention and lifetime value, and building greater awareness in a category that remains largely untapped.

This is a highly visible role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll work closely with operational, commercial and finance teams to create a scalable marketing function capable of supporting rapid international growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy across multiple international markets
    • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through a mix of brand and performance marketing activity
    • Lead CRM, customer lifecycle and retention strategies
    • Optimise digital customer journeys and conversion performance
    • Build scalable reporting, forecasting and performance frameworks
    • Create local marketing plans that support regional growth objectives
    • Manage agency and external partner relationships
    • Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, loyalty and lifetime value
    • Partner with senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with wider business objectives

    About You

We're looking for an experienced marketing leader who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys bringing structure, focus and commercial rigour to ambitious businesses.

You may currently be a Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, Growth Lead or Marketing Director looking for your next challenge.

You'll likely bring experience from areas such as:

    • Experiences and leisure
    • Hospitality and entertainment
    • Multi-site operations
    • Sports teams or sporting events
    • Community-led brands
    • High-growth direct-to-consumer organisations

    You'll have:

    • A strong understanding of acquisition, CRM, customer retention and growth marketing
    • Experience managing marketing activity across multiple locations, regions or markets
    • Excellent commercial awareness and an ability to link marketing performance to revenue outcomes
    • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
    • A track record of creating clarity and momentum within scaling businesses
    • The confidence to operate strategically whilst remaining close to execution

    Why Join?

    • Opportunity to shape and build a marketing function with genuine autonomy
    • International remit with significant growth plans already underway
    • Direct exposure to founders and senior leadership
    • High-impact role where you'll see the results of your work quickly
    • A passionate customer community and a highly differentiated proposition
    • Salary of £80,000–£85,000 plus benefits

If you're excited by the opportunity to help scale an ambitious international consumer business and build a best-in-class marketing function, we'd love to hear from you.

Unfortunately due to a high volume of applications, we can only respond to successful applicants.
