Prior experience working with Netsuite will be beneficial given the recent implementation and desire to improve the utilisation, supporting the continued realisation of investment.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Own global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple regions and entities
- Build and enhance robust financial models to support growth, pricing, and investment decisions
- Lead enhancement and analysis of core SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV) to drive decision-making
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
- Support scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis for strategic initiatives
- Partner closely with the CFO on M&A activity, integration, and investor priorities
- Lead production of board packs, monthly reviews, and investor reporting
- Improve and standardise FP&A processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure
- Support system enhancements across ERP, planning tools, and BI platforms
This position will best suit a senior finance professional with experience including:
- Strong FP&A background within a SaaS or recurring revenue business (essential)
- Deep understanding of SaaS economics (ARR, retention, unit economics, growth efficiency)
- Proven experience in a PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation environment
- Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis capability
- Track record of partnering senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
