With a National supply network we work with chefs across the UK.
About the Role: This role involves strategic management of our National Account sector both directly and via a team. You will manage 3 sales personnel within the team who are responsible for managing and developing our national account customers. These customers are predominantly across hotels, restaurants and contract catering national customers. You will support the team on tenders and complex negotiations to ensure retention and growth of these accounts. You will also work closely with procurement on pricing and product availability, often on a bespoke nature with customers. In addition to this you will be involved in tendering for renewed and new contracts with customers within the sector.
