I'm currently recruiting for a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join a highly regarded French fine dining restaurant as it prepares for an exciting reopening.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team from the beginning of a new chapter, working with premium ingredients and helping shape standards, culture, and service alongside an experienced senior team.

What We're Looking For:
• Michelin-starred restaurant experience is essential
• Current Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
• Strong French cooking fundamentals and classical techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and service standards
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior chefs
• Right to work in the UK required
