Duties:
- Assist in the commercial management of a 45-storey RC frame new-build project.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Assist with subcontract procurement, tender analysis, and package administration.
- Prepare and process valuations, variations, and payment applications.
- Monitor project costs and maintain accurate commercial records.
- Support the production of monthly CVRs and commercial reporting.
- Assist with subcontractor account management and final accounts.
- Liaise with site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Help identify commercial risks and opportunities across the project.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
Requirement
- Degree qualified or working towards a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry
- Experience on RC frame, residential, or major construction projects is advantageous
- Good understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Eager to develop a long-term career in Quantity Surveying
- Full UK driving licence preferred
