Housing Disrepair Lawyer
Interesting new opportunity for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor and LAA Supervisor to join a respected firm.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in providing specialist housing & debt advice and representation under an LAA contract. The candidate must also meet the LAA supervisory standard. To satisfy this requirement, you must have undertaken and be able to demonstrate work on the minimum number of cases in the combined Housing Categories below within the last 5 years:
- Possession cases,
- Homelessness cases
- Housing disrepair cases
- Possession cases that required representation,
- Homelessness or Disrepair case that required representation,
- Case which required the ability to recognise possible Judicial Review Proceedings,
- Case which required the ability to recognise a possible contravention of the rights and freedoms expressed in the ECHR.
