This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and expanding SJP Partner Practice that is entering a significant growth phase following the acquisition of an client bank. With strong funds currently under management and further growth expected through acquisition and organic expansion, the business is looking to strengthen its advisory team for the future.
The practice takes a relationship-led approach to financial planning, focusing on delivering high-quality holistic advice rather than product-led sales. They are open to experienced advisers, self-employed advisers, and ambitious trainee advisers who are looking to develop under the mentorship of an experienced practitioner.
You'll benefit from existing infrastructure support, including dedicated administration and paraplanning assistance, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client outcomes and building long-term relationships.
The Role:
- Remote
- Manage and service existing client relationships through a holistic financial planning approach
- Support acquired clients through ongoing transition and integration
- Deliver advice across investments, retirement planning, cashflow modelling, IHT planning and long-term care
- Build and develop long-term trusted relationships with clients
- Work closely with administration and paraplanning support to deliver high-quality client service
- Contribute to the future growth and development of the practice
- Support business development opportunities generated through referrals and acquisition activity
The Person:
- Based in the Midlands
- Level 4 Diploma qualified ideally (flexibility depending on experience and route)
- Financial Adviser, Wealth Planner or Paraplanner looking to progress into advice
- Strong technical planning capability and holistic advice mindset
- Relationship-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
