The ideal candidate will possess:
* Substantial senior leadership experience as a Headteacher or Head of School in SEN, Alternative Provision, or specialist settings.
* A proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils with complex SEND needs.
* Experience of leading a multi-disciplinary team and achieving strong inspection outcomes.
* A genuine commitment to a therapeutic and holistic approach to education combined with high expectations for every pupil.
