The role

As a Motion Designer at TMP268, you'll bring stories, ideas and brands to life through dynamic, impactful motion design that captures attention and creates emotional connection.

Working across film, social, digital campaigns, presentations, event visuals and branded content, you'll play a key role in shaping how audiences experience creative work. Combining creative flair with strong craft and technical execution, you'll create motion-led content that not only looks brilliant but works hard across multiple channels and platforms.

You'll collaborate closely with designers, creatives, copywriters, strategists and production teams to interpret briefs, develop ideas and elevate concepts through animation, pacing, typography, editing and visual storytelling. From animated brand assets and social content through to title sequences, UI motion and campaign visuals, you'll help deliver creative that feels modern, engaging and culturally relevant.

Who we're looking for

You're a highly creative motion designer with a strong eye for detail, storytelling and visual craft. You thrive in fast-paced creative environments, enjoy collaborating with others and love turning ideas into engaging motion experiences.

You'll be confident bringing concepts to life from storyboard through to final execution, balancing creativity with technical skill and strong organisation. Adaptable and self-motivated, you'll enjoy working across a variety of formats, channels and campaign styles.

We'd love to see:

* A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion, animation and storytelling skills

* Experience across motion graphics, typography, editing and animation principles

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator

* Experience using Blender and Figma

* Strong understanding of integrated campaigns, visual identity systems and branded content

* Experience developing motion within wider brand worlds and creative campaigns

* An understanding of editing, pacing, sound and music sync

* Experience adapting content across multiple formats and platforms

* Previous experience working within an agency or fast-paced creative environment

* Excellent collaboration and communication skills

* A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset

* The ability to manage your own workload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
