What You'll Do:
As our Team PA, you will be the backbone of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to our team.
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Preparing reports and presentations that impress.
Handling communications with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely responses.
Assisting with project coordination and documentation.
Who You Are:
You have experience in a similar PA role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you thrive under pressure.
You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You're a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and building strong relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must!
