How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We're looking for a curious, detail-driven Junior Tester to join our growing technology team and help deliver high-quality software that makes a real impact. If you enjoy solving problems, spotting issues others might miss, and want to build a career in technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    Execute testing activities across the Product Information and Stock solutions.

    Identify, record, and verify defects.

    Support regression testing for system changes.

    Work with development teams to clarify expected behaviour and confirm issue resolution.

    Collaborate with implementation and support teams to investigate system behaviour and reported issues.

    Maintain and contribute to testing documentation and test cases.

    Ensuring product releases can be safely deployed to the production environment.

    What we’re looking for:

    We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in software testing and a solid understanding of testing principles, who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    You should have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking, with the ability to identify, investigate, and help resolve issues effectively. Clear communication is key, as you’ll need to document defects and test results accurately while working closely with developers, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

    What’s on offer:
