How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a warm, welcoming early years setting in Liverpool that is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to delivering outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5, and who wants to make a real difference in the early stages of children's development.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
    Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning and development
    Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers
    Supporting children's individual needs, including those with SEND
    Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
    Maintaining accurate records and contributing to learning journalsWhat We're Looking For:

    A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, BTEC Level 3)
    A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
    Solid understanding of the EYFS framework
    Strong communication and teamwork skills
    Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable but not essential)
    Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)What's on Offer:
