You will act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service whilst identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of existing customer accounts whilst actively contributing to business growth:
Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
Proactively identifying opportunities to increase account spend and revenue growth
Handling inbound sales enquiries and maximising conversion opportunities
Following up quotations and progressing sales opportunities through to close
Making proactive outbound calls to customers and prospects
Supporting field-based sales colleagues by arranging customer visits
Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline management
Qualifying new leads and supporting wider business development activity
Delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience Requirements
