On Offer:
PAYE basis
• Rate of £15.19 per hour - first 39 hours
• Rate of £22.78 per hour - final 11 hours
• Paid Holidays: 31 days per year (including 8 bank holidays)
• Lodge/Accommodation rate of £51.97 this is only paid if you meet the requirements which is to be 50+ Miles from home to site. (This will be checked using the shortest distance Via AA Route planner. Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address and Tenancy Agreement, Receipts)
• Travel Mileage can also be paid up to 50 Miles in place of Lodge

Overtime When Available:
• Saturday – First 4 hours’ time & a half – after 4 hours double time
• Sunday – Double time
Candidates must have:
* Setting up and aligning forms for concrete according to blueprints or construction plans.
* Mixing, pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete to achieve the required depth, pitch, and surface profile.
* Smoothing and finishing surfaces using hand and power trowels, floats, and other tools to create flat, textured, or decorative finishes.
* Applying curing agents, sealants, or surface treatments to protect and harden concrete.
* Repairing or resurfacing damaged concrete in floors, sidewalks, roads, and other structures.
Required:
• CSCS blue
• Full UK driving license and own car
